LVPHO Clinical GuidelinesThe Lehigh Valley Physician Hospital Organization Clinical guidelines have been developed by the medical leadership of the Greater Lehigh Valley Independent Practice Association and LVPHO, and have been derived from the evidence-based recommendations by nationally recognized quality organizations, such as National Quality Forum (NQF) and Ambulatory Quality Alliance (AQA). While obviously not all of these guidelines are applicable to each individual physician and specialty, we are hopeful that practitioners will select out those pertinent to their area, and find the rest of interest to enhance overall medical awareness.
