Services

In order to be responsive to our vendors, clients, network providers and our managed care partners, the Lehigh Valley Physician Hospital Organization’s Finance Department offers the following services:

Manage Contract Compliance for Valley Preferred Payer Partners

• Review and analyze contract terms.
• Act as liaison between hospital, physicians and payers.
• Support network-wide effort to improve contract performance and increase actual/expected revenue.
• Analyze contracting activity for Valley Preferred clients, including review and impact analysis.
• Provide periodic reimbursement audits for Lehigh Valley Health Network facility claims.
• Access contrat performance data.
• Bill and monitor Network Access Fees.

Financial Services

• Process Valley Preferred invoices and prepare client billing.
• Prepare monthly financial statement package, variance analysis and statistical reporting.
• Assist in the annual external audit.
• Organize yearly budget process.
